He is currently the Principal Conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of the Province of Cordoba - Argentina. He is the Principal Guest Conductor of the Los Angeles Sinfonietta Orchestra. General Artistic Director of the K-Classic Organizing Committee (Korea). President and jury member of the International Conducting Competition in Los Angeles, USA. Executive Director of the World Orchestra Conductors Association. He graduated from the National University of Arts in Korea, with the title of Professional Artistic Director in Orchestral Conducting, and from the WMU University (USA) with a Master's degree in Symphonic and Choral Conducting. He studied Orchestral Conducting with Leonid Nikolaiev, from the Moscow Conservatory. In 2003 he won the New Millennium Conducting Competition (Vakhtang Jordania). He was recognized as "Beloved Son of Asunción" by the Municipality of Asunción, Paraguay. (2014) Republic Award from the National Congress of Paraguay (2020) He conducted orchestras in important cities in Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Hungary, Austria, USA, Korea, Japan, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay.
